On this episode, Derek Tyler spoke about his passion for barbecue and about his life. He detailed his move from Texas to Wisconsin, and he engaged in competitive barbecue events such as the Steak Cookoff Association during his journey.

This led into an opportunity to acquire a barbecue wood products manufacturing company in 2022. From there, he started selling internationally and became the Official Wood Sponsor of the American Royal World Series of BBQ!
